I take the clutter of the playroom and hand-craft it into a cohesive, vibrant collage.
Here is how it works:
Curate & Send
Gather up the drawings, paintings, early handwriting, or handprints that you love most. Send your pieces over to my studio. I will let you know how many I need as a minimum depending on the size of the canvas, however the more the merrier!
Design & Create
I select pieces from your child's artwork, cut them out and arrange them into a balanced collage. Every single canvas is then finished with my signature hand-styled colourful border. I can either pick the best colour the works nicely with the artwork, or if you have a colour preference or want it to match your space, just let me know.
Delivery & Display
Your finished bespoke artwork then arrives right at your doorstep ready to hang on your wall.

Yes, absolutely! I love creating sibling collages. It's a beautiful way to capture a shared chapter of their childhood side-by-side on a single canvas. Just let me know which pieces belong to whom if you have any specific grouping requests.
This is one of my favourite parts of the process. I analyse the palette of your child's artwork to find the dominant and complementary tones. I also love to coordinate with your home, if you have a specific paint swatch or colour scheme in your playroom or hallway, just let me know, and I'll ensure the signature border ties everything together perfectly.
I want this to be a forever piece. Every canvas is mounted on a museum quality, solid wood cradled panel and finished with a professional, archival protective sealant. This preserves the colours and protects the original artwork from fading, ensuring it stays vibrant on your wall for years to come.

About Me
Meet ELLIE
I’m Ellie - mum, founder, and the creative head behind Snip and Story Studio.
Originally from the Czech Republic and now happily settled in the Midlands, UK. I’m an engineer by trade, currently on maternity leave, permanently fuelled by coffee, happiest when I can squeeze in a bit of yoga, and very prone to talking about the gut microbiome more than most people would like.
This little business grew out of this season of life. While on maternity leave, I kept noticing the same thing in family homes: children’s drawings on the fridge, paintings balanced on windowsills, and piles of artwork tucked away because they were far too precious to throw out, but simply too many to keep.
I really wanted to find a way to preserve these memories, so I started turning them into something you would genuinely want to live with, bespoke statement canvases made from children’s original artwork. Every drawing, scribble, painting and handprint tells a story, and I love transforming those fleeting early years into something lasting, personal and beautiful for the home.
